Chi 4:01 PM
Well NDA has decided that Ballet season isn't over yet, and Cheer season has been pushed back to December 20th. (Trust me, I can live with this. Bellet seemed to go by way too quickly.)
Winter Concert is on the 17th. We have enough people to do the FULL Nutcracker this year. I'm super-excited; we got the try-out results back last week, and I'm a flower in Waltz of the Flowers. I'm real happy 'bout this too, 'cause Waltz of the Flowers is my most favorite piece of classical music EVER. (Not to mention it also means I'm not in the Mice dance *sticks tounge out*) The dew drops in the dance are kinda snobbish. I don't think I've ever seen anyone, let alone a fellow ballerina, give me such a "you scum" look when they saw me for the first time. Meh. I certainly, CERTAINLY hope it's all in my head. Our first rehearsal was yesterday, and it was SO MUCH BLOODY FUN; I can't wait to do it all onstage.
Ooh, so since my last blog, I went to the tech office to tell the tech peoples about those two kids hacking the server. One of them hangs out with me and Kellie a lot. We really didn't give two jesus pudding snacks about that either. We signed a frikken Acceptable Use Policy when we came to this school that CLEARLY says any act against the server should be reported immediately.
I also don't want the whole school to get punished for two jerk-offs hacking the system. On top of that, I DON'T want to be an embaressing story on CNN next week. Empire's no-text-books system is a REALLY great idea; I don't want it to die so soon. The BIGGEST thing with me though, is that one of them (the one who hangs out with us) was bragigng to me about how he got in, and went "You know what the cool tihng is? Admin can't do anything about it. We're going on break." WOAH-HOA-HOA. Someone needs a SERIOUS reality check. That's what made me REALLY wanna tell. I'm sorry my friend, the world does not work that way. You cannot murder someone on Christmas Eve because all business' are closed, and you cannot illegly hack into the Vail server because we're going on break either.
So we told Mr. C and he seemed pretty grateful. He said that it's people like that who bring the school down. He seemed pretty proud that we had the guts to let him know.
So we went back to class. Kellie has History and I have Survey of Art, so we didn't see each other until next period, Chemistry. Kellie comes in seeming pretty excited. She goes "Chi! Last period, Mr. G came in and told the teacher he has to take two students computers away. The two kids looked at each other like 'Oh crap, hope that's not us' and it was of course. He took their comps away and sent them to the office." DANG. So they missed the big 80 point Chem test. Ah, the consequences of breaking the law. I didn't see them for the rest of the day, so I'm assuming they got suspened. (Three other kids have been suspended for the same reason.)
And neither of us have any guilt. Tattle-taleing is telling just to get someone in trouble. We told to help the school keep their privilages and help Empire maintain its good name. Not to mention, these kids need a SERIOUS reality check. Me and Kellie actually feel really good for having the guts to in the first place.
Lessee how do I end this blog...
Um....
Waaaaaaaaa.
