Thank -- GAWD.

I finished up my English presentation early by volunteering to go first. This morning I'd sent Miss J thousands of frantic emails, freaking out about how I was gonna get this stupid make-up test done. I offered to take it home and promise not to use notes, or to accept the grade if it didn't take me to a C and all that jazz.

So I went in before English and asked what to do. (Chi is too impatient to wait for a response.) She said I should finish a final early and come in, or have mom drop me off early. I'm freaking out here. So I go to English and ask if I can go take the test after my presentation. She says that's fine and I go sit down.

Julianne is just WAY too sweet. A little unsure of myself, I asked her for help. She pulled up every assignment, Shifts on X and Y, changes in Magnitude, and Putting it all Together and rewalked me through everything. I think it really made all the difference in how that test would have turned out. Thanks Jules, you're an AWESOME FRIEND!!!!

I went and took the test and I'm really not sure how I did. I know for certain that I shifted my graphs right, and I know a good majority of my Domain, Range, and Asymptotes are right. I think my biggest concern is Magnitude. But really, I think I did some magnitudes right, and it really shouldn't take the grade down that bad.

Either way the test turns out, anything's better than an NHI. I'm expecting low B maybe high C on this test. No matter what happens, I sincerely doubt it will take my 84 down to a C. This is good. I studied hard for this test, gave it my all,too my time and did all I could do. So I'm pretty proud of myself for getting this out of the way, no matter how the test turns out. One less thing to stress about.

I think my only remaining stress now is Chem. And as I've said before, nothing really to stress over. I've been studying really hard, I have a really GOOD gut feeling about the test which is a good sign, and no grade I get on this test could possibly take my 88 down to a C. Though I am expecting to get a good grade on this thing, I'm sure mom is a lot more forgiving with Chem than math. Really, math is a lifetime skill; to screw up in math is not a good idea. But Chem? Come on. Dr. Frank couldn't even tell us the other day when he thinks we'll use Stoichiometry. Heaven forbid I don't ace this final. Though hopefully I'll come close. Even a B or a high C on this test will make me happy.

Stupid finals. I really am better than B's and C's. But finals can make any Harvard student look stupid if you ask me. It's a stressful and nerve-wracking three days; that's a lot of pressure. I just want Chem to come out fine.

All in all, I doubt I'm going to end this year with any C's which is good. (In fact I've already ended 2/3's of my classes with A's.) So I'm just waiting for Chem to end and my math test to be graded.

Summer cannot come friggen soon enough.

Stephy and me went to see Over the Hedge on Saturday. It was undoubtedly the cutest little movie I've seen in a LONG time. It ruled like no one's business; I wonder if I can convince mo to eat at Wendy's over the summer so I can get that little Verne plushie; yea, it means getting a kid's meal, but OH WELL XD

I'm kinda freaking out about finals. Well, moreover freaking out about two of them. I'm worried about Chem, which shouldn't be a big deal, really. Chem is open note and even if I bomb it, it won't take my B down. So I think my biggest concern is Algebra. I only did halfway decent on Algebra, but my grade's still a B. That's a relief, but now I have this 70 point test she wants me to make up. Now really, three days before school ends is a bad time to bring this up. They're all half days so I can't come in during lunch, and I have finals in all my classes, so I can't skip any classes to come in. I emailed her and asked her what to do. I refuse to let that stupid grade become a C. I have NEVER ended a friggen high school class with a C. And I'm getting into the U of A for free if it kills me. So I'm a little anxious about what she'll write back.

The education system is so messed up. Forgod's sake, I was getting straight A's the whole year and now my GPA is resting on one stupid end of the year test over stuff we haven't done in months. I can't wait for it to be summer. (Despite the fact I got Mizz Crazy for Senior English who assigned homework for before the class even STARTS.) It's been a long year, and I'm ready for a break.

Two more days of stress and I'm home free.

Chi 9:34 AM

This morning I had a big Algebra assignment, so I logged onto Dtunes ready to do my usual Wishes request to find someone had already requested it, and it was just starting as I turned to the station. Not only that in fact, someone even dedicated it on the webstie: "To the person who requests this thing every morning-- Let me save you the trouble." I almost died. This was requested in what I'm sure the person thought was such a sweet and selfless act that I wouldn't request anything this morning.

Actually... that's more requests for me.

I proceeded to request My Name is James, Belle, and Dreams Come True. My connection was almost dropped during Dreams Come True, and I got back before the spots were filled again. It was busy this morning.

See mom, THIS is why just us two need to go to Disneyland over the summer. You need to see Dreams Come True; you KNOW you want to! :D

So... yea. Algebra's almost over and I am literally the only onw who finished the assignement, and the only one who even started on it when told, in fact. More homework for them. :D

And I miss Sharon. Like friggen woah. We're going to see her over da Summer and I aint leavin that apartment darnit. Ima swim and play Pirates on her gamecube like there's no tomorrow :D

w00tness!!

Everyone wanting to request a song on weekday mornings on Dtunes Live must hate me.

I have a very good explanation for requesting half an hour long fireworks shows 3 times in a row.

It's all Sharon's fault.

Blame her. She took me to Disneyland and allowed me to watch both Fantasmic and Dreams Come True both nights in the exact same spot. And now I'm addicted. Thanks to her, all Dtunes listeners will be stuck listening to Wishes, Fantasmic, and Dreams Come True in a row every weekday morning. And if they've already been recently requeste, you'll have to put up with "My Name is James" for the 867th time. And in fact, if you've already requested that I'll probably just go get "On the Open Road". I already have it, but no one ever requests it. And I have to have some GOOD Disney music to do my Algebra work to.

Someday I'll record Wishes and I won't have to request again. But I probably will, since it won't be on my laptop. (Hey, it already works that way with Fantasmic and Dreams Come True.) In fact, you should all watch out on weekend nights too. Nothing makes talking on IM for hours better than Wishes three time in a row. So until I get kicked off of Dtunes, (which is highly unlikely considering more requests is more banner-ads and money for them and less breaks in the playlist) you're stuck with hour long Fireworks shows every morning.

And yes, I will have access to Dtunes when I go to college :D

And you wonder why I stay off the message boards...

"Aren't you that freak who requests Fantamsic every bloody morning?"

Why yes, YES I AM!! :D

Blame Sharon.

I love you forever for taking me to Disney, sis XD You're the only sissy who would put up with both Fantasmic and Dreams Come True twice inna row in one Disney trip. I had fun :) *HUGS*
